About your freight enquiry
This page explains the information collected through the initial Aeolus Flow enquiry form.
What you send
The form asks for your name, company, work email, collection and delivery locations, an optional target date, and cargo requirements. Please include only information needed to discuss your shipment.
How it is handled
Submitting the form sends this information to the Aeolus Flow site's Wix Forms account, where it is stored for the site owner to review and respond to your enquiry. It is not a transport booking. No marketing subscription is requested.
Browser storage
The form integration uses browser storage for its anonymous Wix visitor token. This site does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
Questions about your information
Use the enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, identifying the work email used in your original enquiry. Do not send identity documents through this form.
This initial information page will be expanded with the confirmed legal business identity, privacy contact and retention policy as the company setup is completed.
